Volleyball Recap: Atlantic Christian Starts Season with Victory on the Road + How To Watch

Atlantic Christian had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. Everything went their way against the Berean Christian Bulldogs on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Sharks in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.

While Atlantic Christian might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Berean Christian scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 25-19.

Leading Atlantic Christian to victory were Neenah Harripersaud and Madelyn Gonzalez. Harripersaud had 32 assists and four digs, while Gonzalez had 15 digs and four aces. Gonzalez has been hot, having posted two or more aces the last six times she's played.

They weren't the only good server: Atlantic Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.
