Volleyball Recap: Waubonsie Valley Makes It Three in a Row on the Road

Waubonsie Valley won the last time they faced Naperville Central and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Redhawks by a score of 2-0. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since May 4, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Waubonsie Valley easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19.

Waubonsie Valley's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-12. As for Naperville Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-20 record this season.
