Baseball Recap: Eastmont Takes a Loss

If Eastmont was riding high fresh off their 15-6 takedown of Eisenhower on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats fell just short of the Cadets by a score of 12-11 on Friday. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cadets earlier this season, when they won 15-6.

Max Aman was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Eastmont is 3-1 when Aman posts three or more RBI, but 4-9 otherwise. Rylan Walt was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Eastmont's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Eisenhower, their win bumped their record up to 8-11.
