Camelback has gone 8-2 against Browne recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Camelback Spartans will be playing at home against the Browne Bruins at 7:00 p.m. Camelback has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since November 30.
Last Tuesday, Camelback was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 80-76 to Chandler. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (68), the Spartans still had to take the loss.

Despite the loss, Camelback got top-tier performance from Aken Logan, who went 9 of 22 on his way to 27 points and five steals. Logan's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Jaylin Ideran was another key player, putting up 12 points in addition to six assists and six boards.
Meanwhile, Browne unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 56-46 to Skyline. While the Bruins didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Coyotes 18-8 in the first quarter.
Camelback will need focus on slowing down Karmello Walker, one of several Browne players who made an impact when they last played. He dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. Walker has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last six times he's played. Another player making a difference was Adam Chaffin, who posted seven points along with seven rebounds and three blocks.
Even though they lost, Browne smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in five consecutive contests.
Camelback's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Browne, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Camelback has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 27 boards per game. However, it's not like Browne struggles in that department as they've been averaging 34.7 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Everything came up roses for Camelback against Browne when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 70-34 win. In that match, Camelback amassed a halftime lead of 39-17, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
