Volleyball Recap: East Davidson Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Thomasville last Thursday, East Davidson came back down to earth. The Golden Eagles came up short against the West Davidson Dragons on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Golden Eagles have struggled against the Dragons recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-20, 25-9.

Cheyenne Hedrick was nothing short of spectacular for West Davidson: she had 26 digs and two aces. Those 26 digs gave Hedrick a new career-high.

East Davidson's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for West Davidson, they pushed their record up to 9-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

East Davidson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Trinity on the 25th. As for West Davidson, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Providence Grove on the 25th.
