Volleyball Game Preview: Severance Silver Knights vs. Centauri Falcons

The Severance Silver Knights will challenge the Centauri Falcons at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Severance came up short against Thompson Valley on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Silver Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-17, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Centauri lost 3-0 to Bayfield on Thursday.

While Centauri had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-20, 25-18.

Severance's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Centauri, their loss dropped their record down to 12-6.

Severance beat Centauri 2-0 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Do the Silver Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Falcons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
