Baseball Recap: Christ School Greenies vs. East Henderson Eagles

Christ School couldn't beat East Henderson on Saturday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fifth inning. The Greenies took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Greenies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Christ School got a good showing from Cam Walker, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. Walker has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Corbin Spillards made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. Will Walker was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
