Basketball Recap: Windham Comes Up Short

Windham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 39-21 to the Chalker Wildcats. The Bombers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

Windham's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Chalker, they moved to 1-3 with that win, which also ended their 11-game losing streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Windham will take on St. John in a holiday battle at at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chalker and Western Reserve will compete for holiday cheer at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
