No. 9 Hamilton Southeastern, No. 10 Lawrence Central begin quest for Indiana Class 4A title this week.

Indiana's Class 4A state tournament could feature a major MaxPreps Top 25 showdown as No. 9 Hamilton Southeastern (Fishers) and No. 10 Lawrence Central (Indianapolis) appear to be on a collision course.

Hamilton Southeastern takes the first step Tuesday in a sectional matchup with Fishers while Lawrence Central plays Friday against either Warren Central (Indianapolis) or North Central (Indianapolis).

The two teams have already met once back in December with Hamilton Southeastern prevailing 52-50 on a backdoor cut off an inbound pass in the final seconds as Addison Van Hoesen found Kayla Brinley.

Expect a sequel worthy of the original should the two meet again.

No. 22 Putnam City North (Oklahoma City, Okla.) meets in-state foe Norman on Tuesday for the third time this season. The two split the previous meetings with Norman winning the Dec. 14 game 65-62 and Putnam City North returning the favor 57-49 three days later.
