Basketball Recap: Gallatin Piles Up the Points Against Riverdale

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Beech, Gallatin was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Riverdale Warriors 68-38. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Green Wave also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Gallatin's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.0 points over those games. As for Riverdale, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-19.

Coming up, Gallatin will face off against Hendersonville at 7:30 p.m. on February 14th. As for Riverdale, they will square off against Oakland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
