Soccer Recap: Willamette Takes a Loss

The Willamette Wolverines didn't have quite enough to beat the Sheldon Irish on Wednesday and fell 2-1.

Willamette's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-4. As for Sheldon, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 5-4-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Willamette is set to face off against their familiar foe North Medford at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Sheldon will take on rival Roseburg at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
