Palisade and Cheyenne Mountain squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Palisade had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks by a score of 3-2. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.
