Baseball Recap: Garfield Comes Up Short

Garfield lost to Bedford two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rams came up short against the Bearcats, falling 15-1.

Levi Smith made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with three stolen bases and one run.

Garfield's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Bedford, their record now sits at 6-3.

Looking ahead, Garfield is taking a road trip to take on East at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Bedford, they will welcome Maple Heights at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
