Passers beware: Hayes Taylor came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made eight total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended one pass, helping propel Whitesburg Christian Academy past Brindlee Mountain by a score of 42-6. The season is still young and we're looking forward to more games like this from Taylor.

Coming up, Taylor and Whitesburg Christian Academy will take on Collinsville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors haven't beaten the Panthers recently, having gone 0-3 since October of 2022.
