Keison Peoples was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 33 points and 11 rebounds. His big performance that evening made it 11 games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Micah Tidwell, who posted nine points and six steals.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Meanwhile, St. Joseph-Ogden came up short against Normal University on Friday and fell 64-51.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for St. Joseph-Ogden, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin barely slipped by St. Joseph-Ogden when the teams last played back in December of 2024, winning 45-44. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Devils since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
