Basketball Game Preview: Monarch Royals vs. High Tech Mesa Thunder

The Monarch Royals will head out on the road to challenge the High Tech Mesa Thunder at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Monarch has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 12.

Last Thursday, Monarch had to suffer through a 76-28 loss at the hands of High Tech NC.

Meanwhile, High Tech Mesa unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell to Kearny 46-41.

Monarch's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for High Tech Mesa, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5.

Monarch came out on top in a nail-biter against High Tech Mesa in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, sneaking past 38-35. Does Monarch have another victory up their sleeve, or will High Tech Mesa turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
