Volleyball Recap: Kouts Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

With a playoff win on the line, Kouts rose to the challenge on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the South Central Satellites. This was a revenge game for the Mustangs & Fillies: when they faced off against the Satellites back in April, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

Kouts' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Player #16, who had ten digs.

When it comes to explaining why South Central lost, don't look at Dylan Sanchez. Despite the final result, he had 12 digs and three aces.

The win (which was Kouts' third in a row) raised their record to 15-10. As for South Central, they moved to 28-3 with that loss, which also ended their ten-match winning streak.

Kouts and Andrean, looking ahead, after both having extra time off, will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. South Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
