Volleyball Recap: Pahrump Valley Takes a Loss

Pahrump Valley lost against Southeast Career Tech back in September of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Trojans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roadrunners.

Heavenly Ware paced Pahrump Valley's offense, picking up seven kills. Ware got some help from Amaliah Mendoza and her seven assists.

Jazmin Evenden was the offensive standout of the game as she had eight digs and three aces. Those three aces gave her a new career-high.

Pahrump Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Southeast Career Tech, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Pahrump Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Buchanan on the 15th. As for Southeast Career Tech, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against American Heritage Academy on the 15th.
