Maplewood came into Monday's contest having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Rocky Grove Orioles 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-2 on April 4th.

Maplewood's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Rocky Grove, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Maplewood will square off against Cochranton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Rocky Grove, they will host Keystone at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
