After three games on the road, Apostles Lutheran is heading back home. They will take on the Patten Academy Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Thursday, Apostles Lutheran was fully in charge, breezing past the 55-28 on the road. With Apostles Lutheran ahead 36-10 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Joseph Zhang and Jeremy Bork were among the main playmakers for Apostles Lutheran as the former scored 14 points along with six steals and the latter scored 23 points along with seven assists and seven rebounds. Zhang has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Chad Chiu was another key contributor, scoring four points along with three blocks and two steals.

Meanwhile, Patten Academy came into Tuesday's matchup having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They snuck past Cristo Rey De La Salle with a 49-43 win on Tuesday.

Apostles Lutheran has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Patten Academy, their win bumped their record up to 2-14.
