Football Recap: Jordan-Matthews Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Jordan-Matthews can now relate to. They lost 37-12 to the Red Springs Red Devils on Friday. The Jets' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Red Springs' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Raymond Blue Jr, who rushed for 104 yards and a pair of TDs. Blue Jr has become a key player for the Red Devils: the team is undefeated when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 2-6 otherwise. Another rusher making a difference was Nazir Blackmon, who rushed for 64 yards and one touchdown on only seven carries.

Jordan-Matthews now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Red Springs, the win made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 5-6.

As of now, neither Jordan-Matthews nor the Red Devils have any future games scheduled.
