It's playoff time, and Tri-City Christian had no trouble coming through when it counted. They breezed past the San Diego Jewish Academy Lions to the tune of 80-52 on Tuesday. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Eagles just coasted through the last quarter.

Tri-City Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Donovan Cronkhite, who went 8-for-12 en route to 20 points and three steals. That's the most steals Cronkhite has posted since back in January. Josh Patten was another key player, going 5-for-9 on his way to 16 points.

Despite the loss, San Diego Jewish Academy still got an impressive performance from Jack Silberstein, who went 7-for-17 to rack up 20 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Boaz Koffler, who earned 11 points and seven boards.

Tri-City Christian has been performing well recently as they've won 14 of their last 17 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season. San Diego Jewish Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15.

Looking ahead, Tri-City Christian will challenge Foothills Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Foothills Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Tri-City Christian surely won't give up without a fight. San Diego Jewish Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
