Harvard-Westlake came tearing into Thursday's matchup with four straight wins dating back to last season, and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Centennial Huskies as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

Harvard-Westlake never let Centennial on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-17, 25-21.

Despite the loss, Centennial still got an impressive performance from Mckenna Giles, who had eight digs and two assists.

Harvard-Westlake's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Centennial, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Harvard-Westlake wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Etiwanda on the 16th. As for Centennial, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Temescal Canyon on the 18th.
