Soccer Game Preview: McEwen vs. Hickman County

The McEwen Warriors will square off against the Hickman County Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McEwen will be strutting in after a victory while Hickman County will be coming in after a defeat.

McEwen's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Montgomery Central as they made off with a 4-0 win. McEwen might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by four goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Hickman County lost 8-2 to Battle Creek on Tuesday. Hickman County have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

McEwen has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2-1 record this season. As for Hickman County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

McEwen beat Hickman County 2-0 in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
