Basketball Recap: New Brockton Takes a Loss

On Monday, the New Brockton Gamecocks came up short against the Andalusia Bulldogs and fell 57-50.

New Brockton now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Andalusia, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

New Brockton won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Luverne at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. New Brockton is facing Luverne at the right time seeing as Luverne is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Andalusia, they will take on McKenzie in a tournament on Thursday.
