Baseball Recap: Earlville Comes Up Short

Earlville lost against Hinckley-Big Rock on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Red Raiders might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 10-2 to the Royals, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Red Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Earlville's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Hinckley-Big Rock, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-11-1 record this season.

Earlville will venture away from home to take on Plano at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hinckley-Big Rock, they will take on Aurora Christian at 4:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
