            Baseball Recap: Littlestown Thunderbolts vs. Delone Catholic Squires        
        
		
        
        
            Littlestown came out on top against Delone Catholic  on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run third inning. The Thunderbolts blew past the Squires 7-1. The  victory continues a trend for the Thunderbolts in their matchups with the Squires: they've now won four in a row.

 Connor Dillon made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he  pitched 2.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than one  hit in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-3 with two  stolen bases and two  runs. Those  two  stolen bases gave  him a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Lucas Bacher was  excellent,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with two  doubles and one  RBI.  Jackson Bacher was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with three  RBI.
Littlestown's win bumped their record up to 11-7-1. As for Delone Catholic,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 10-9.
As of now, neither Littlestown nor the Squires have any future games scheduled.
