Basketball Recap: Gadsden City Takes a Loss

Gadsden City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Saint James Trojans, falling 54-32.

Jac'Keria Woods was Gadsden City's leading scorer, having posted eight points. Madison Tinker took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with seven assists.

Gadsden City's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Saint James, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Coming up, Gadsden City will head out on the road to take on Hewitt-Trussville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Saint James, they will welcome Montgomery Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
