Palisade waltzed into their game on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Durango Demons an 11-0 shutout. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matches by six runs or more this season.
Garrett Draper tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over five innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
