Softball Recap: Sweetwater Comes Up Short

Sweetwater fell victim to Roane County and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Yellowjackets, falling 6-0. The Wildcats have struggled against the Yellowjackets recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Sweetwater's loss dropped their record down to 20-5. As for Roane County, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-2.

As of now, neither Sweetwater nor the Yellowjackets have any future games scheduled.
