It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Deltona had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Innovation Bulls as they made off with a 72-47 victory. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 21 points or more this season.

Deltona was led to victory by Kelsey Assent and Frantashia Williams. Assent posted 24 points, while Williams scored 22 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Camora Pate, who had 11 points.

Despite the defeat, Innovation had strong showings from Ela Bastug, who put up six points, and Nelly Elgamal, who went 6 of 14 on her way to 14 points. The dominant performance also gave Bastug a new career-high in steals (two).

The win was the fourth in a row for Deltona, bringing their record for this year to 14-9. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points over those games. As for Innovation, their loss dropped their record down to 5-14.

Deltona has already played their next game, a 78-30 defeat against New Smyrna Beach on the 6th. Innovation does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
