Westlake (Austin) versus Lake Travis (Austin) is an absolute must-see Texas high school football game.

That is, if you can find a ticket.

The two storied programs both sport flawless 7-0 records and are both ranked in the Top 15 of the MaxPreps Computer Rankings for Class 6A in the state of Texas.

Given that Westlake and Lake Travis are intense rivals, it's the perfect storm for there to be an abundance of excitement ... and a shortage of tickets.

Several people have posted on Craigslist looking to purchase tickets for the game. One person is offering to sell them — at the low, one-time price of $100 for a pair of tickets.

Meanwhile tickets for Saturday's University of Texas home game against Kansas State are fetching, in some instances, $75 for a pair.

Everyone is expecting an incredible atmosphere on Friday evening.

"Games like this are why you coach," Lake Travis head coach Hank Carter told the Austin Statesman. "For the coaches and the kids, it’s fun and stressful all at the same time."

Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. For those not fortunate enough to secure a ticket, MaxPreps will provide live play-by-play.
