For the second straight game, Forestview will face off against Stuart W. Cramer. The Jaguars will head out on the road to take on the Storm at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Forestview is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.3 runs per game this season.

Things were looking good for Forestview after they put the first runs on the board on Tuesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of Stuart W. Cramer. The defeat continues a trend for the Jaguars in their meetings with the Storm: they've now lost five in a row.

For Stuart W. Cramer's part, they got a great performance from Mason Price as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over 4.2 innings pitched. Price has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Hunter Dye was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 4-for-4. Those four hits gave him a new career-high.

Stuart W. Cramer has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Forestview, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Thursday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Forestview has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 8 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Stuart W. Cramer struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 10.2 strikeouts.
