Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson lost against East Hardy back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Jefferson took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of East Hardy.

Jaslynn Parrotte paced Jefferson's offense, picking up four kills. Parrotte got some help from Aven Thorn and her seven assists. Kelsey Willis controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Jefferson has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-15-3 record this season. As for East Hardy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-7.

Jefferson has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Hedgesville on the 14th. As for East Hardy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Pendleton County on the 14th.
