Volleyball Recap: Johnston Panthers vs. Classical Purple
Johnston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Classical Purple. Evelyn Mota had an outrageously good game for Classical as she had 11 digs and 11 aces. The dominant performance gave Mota a new career-high in aces.

Johnston will look to defend their home court on Monday against Davies Career & Tech at 5:00 p.m. As for Classical, they will take on Juanita Sanchez Complex at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
