Softball Recap: Boulder City Takes a Loss

Boulder City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Timpanogos Timberwolves, falling 17-2.

Boulder City saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Payton Rogers, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double. That's the most RBI Rogers has posted since back in May of 2024. Hayden Nordstrom also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Boulder City's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Timpanogos, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-2.

Coming up, Boulder City will face off against Western at 3:30 p.m. on March 24th. As for Timpanogos, they will take on Legacy in a tournament on Saturday.
