Football Game Recap: Chewelah vs. Liberty

Liberty might have drawn first blood against Chewelah on Friday, but it was Chewelah who got the last laugh. It was close but no cigar for Liberty as they fell 12-14 to Chewelah. The loss was a vexing one since Liberty were expected to win based on their state ranking.

The defeat dropped Liberty's record to 0-2. The win got Chewelah back to even at 1-1.

Liberty looks to establish their home field advantage next week as they take on Irrigon at 7:00 PM. As for Chewelah, they will face off against Colville.
