Soccer Game Preview: American Fork vs. Skyridge

The American Fork Cavemen are taking a road trip to challenge the Skyridge Falcons at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. American Fork's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

American Fork fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Lone Peak on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Knights by a score of 2-1. American Fork's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Their goal came courtesy of AVERY WALBRUCH, who's now up to seven this season.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Skyridge's offense. They came up short against Lehi on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Skyridge's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for American Fork, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.
