The Combine Academy Global Goats will head out to challenge the Combine Academy Varsity Goats at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Combine Academy Global is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.8 points per game this season.

Combine Academy Global is headed into the matchup having just posted their closest win since December 8, 2023 on Tuesday. They skirted past Carter G. Woodson 49-46.

Combine Academy Global found their leader in sophomore John Stokes III, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds. Stokes III has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last eight times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Siphelele Ngubane, who posted ten points.

Meanwhile, Combine Academy Varsity beat Greater Vision Academy 71-58 on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Goats.

Combine Academy Varsity now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Combine Academy Global, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Combine Academy Global didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Combine Academy Varsity in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 64-60 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Combine Academy Global since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
