Football Recap: Dominguez Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Dominguez and Valley View squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Dominguez had to settle for second. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 24-3. The Dons just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Donnie Johnson III threw for 110 yards on seven of 20 attempts. Darrell Thornton was his top target, picking up 64 receiving yards. On the ground, Darrell Frazier rushed for 40 yards.

Dominguez's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Valley View, they now also have a winning record of 6-5.

Dominguez does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Valley View, they will head out on the road to face off against Gahr at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Gladiators will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
