Basketball Game Preview: Fort Lauderdale Flying L's vs. Coral Springs Colts

The Fort Lauderdale Flying L are taking a road trip to face off against the Coral Springs Colts at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Fort Lauderdale knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Coral Springs likes a good challenge.

Fort Lauderdale picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They managed a 56-50 victory over American Heritage.

Meanwhile, Coral Springs had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took down Central Florida Christian Academy 80-61 on Saturday.

Coral Springs' win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Fort Lauderdale, their victory bumped their record up to 12-7.

Fort Lauderdale suffered a grim 76-52 defeat to Coral Springs in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. Can Fort Lauderdale avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
