Baseball Recap: Telstar Comes Up Short

Telstar fell victim to Gray-New Gloucester and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Rebels' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Telstar's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Gray-New Gloucester, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Telstar will head out to challenge Greenville at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Gray-New Gloucester, they will venture away from home to take on Lake Region at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
