Bellflower is a perfect 3-0 against Gahr since February of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Bellflower Buccaneers are taking a road trip to challenge the Gahr Gladiators at 3:45 p.m.

Bellflower lost 3-0 to Sonora on Friday.

While Bellflower ultimately came up short, they really made Sonora work, particularly in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-20, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Gahr beat Oxford Academy 2-0 on Saturday.

Gahr never let Oxford Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 28-26.

Gahr now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Bellflower, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.

Everything went Bellflower's way against Gahr in their previous meeting back in April of 2023, as Bellflower made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bellflower since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
