Idalia put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Walsh Eagles, posting a 53-6 victory. Given the Wolves' advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado football rankings (they are ranked second, while the Eagles are ranked 29th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.
This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Jace Morris and Carson Helling. Morris gained 40 total yards and two touchdowns while Helling punched in one rushing score.
