Basketball Recap: Worcester Prep Comes Up Short

Worcester Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 46-18 loss at the hands of the Delmarva Christian Royals. The matchup marked the Mallards' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Worcester Prep's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Delmarva Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Worcester Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Delmarva Christian, they will challenge Sussex Tech at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday.
