Volleyball Game Preview: Redondo Union Sea Hawks vs. Edison Chargers

The Redondo Union Sea Hawks will challenge the Edison Chargers at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Edison took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Redondo Union, who comes in off a win.

Redondo Union barely beat San Marcos the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Redondo Union was the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over San Marcos on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Sea Hawks as they're now sitting on three straight.

Redondo Union never let San Marcos on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-17, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Edison came up short against Beckman on Tuesday and fell 3-1. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Edison ultimately came up short, they really made Beckman work, particularly in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 21-25, 25-20, 25-15.

Redondo Union's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Edison, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
