For the second straight game, Cortez will face off against Coronado. The Colts will look to defend their home field on Thursday against the Dons at 7:00 p.m. Cortez has given up an average of 16.5 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Having struggled with seven losses in a row, Cortez turned things around against Coronado on Tuesday. They walked away with an 18-15 win over the Dons. The Colts' offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last seven games.

Cortez's victory bumped their record up to 2-9. As for Coronado, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
