Softball Recap: North Valleys Takes a Loss

North Valleys and Fernley squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but North Valleys had to settle for second. They came up short against the Vaqueros, falling 20-4. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Vaqueros: they've now lost three in a row.

Tatiana Allison made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with three RBI and one double.

North Valleys' defeat dropped their record down to 19-11. As for Fernley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-9 record this season.

North Valleys does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fernley, they have already played their next game, a 4-2 win against Lowry on the 10th.
