Baseball Recap: Northeast Dubois Takes a Loss

Northeast Dubois fell victim to Southridge and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 7-0 to the Raiders. The Jeeps haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Northeast Dubois saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aidan Sheetz, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Northeast Dubois' loss dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Southridge, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-12.

Coming up, Northeast Dubois will host Loogootee at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Jeeps are facing the Lions at the right time seeing as the Lions are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Southridge, they are taking a road trip to challenge Evansville Central at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
