Softball Recap: Morgan County Comes Up Short

Morgan County fell victim to Elliott County and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Lions, falling 15-0. The Cougars have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Morgan County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Elliott County, their record is now 7-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Morgan County will square off against West Carter at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Elliott County, they will head out to challenge Magoffin County on Monday.
